🧭 How Should You Prepare?
PMCV is a highly competitive process. Here’s what you’ll need to prepare:
Video interview: A timed response video with standardised questions. Practising behavioural answers is key.
Referees: Two clinical referees required — speak to your preceptors or clinical educators early.
Written documents: CV/resume and career intentions statement. Some services may also request a cover letter.
Preference strategy: You can select up to four health services. Make sure you’re clear on their requirements and what you’re genuinely willing to accept.
