Huy Ng

Huy Ng leads our Mental Health Stream with over 10 years of specialised experience in mental health nursing. A holder of a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice, Huy has spent much of his career at one of Victoria’s largest public mental health services in Dandenong, where he developed a reputation as a clinical expert and a trusted leader.

Clinically Huy is working as as the Team Leader for a crisis response team, Huy plays a vital role in shaping education and advanced training pathways for emerging mental health clinicians. His approach combines clinical excellence, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to person-centred care.

At DOKE Talent, Huy brings his experience and insight to support students and early-career nurses interested in mental health. He is passionate about equipping the next generation with practical knowledge, clinical confidence, and a values-driven approach to mental healthcare.

Huy’s grounded leadership, approachable mentorship style, and strategic vision make him an invaluable member of our education team.
