Zach Ng brings frontline experience and fresh energy to our education team, having worked as an in-charge nurse in emergency settings and recently completed his Diploma in Emergency Care. A former DOKE student, Zach has come full circle—joining us this year to share his expertise and passion for clinical teaching with the next generation of nurses.

Zach’s background spans acute emergency care and team leadership, giving him a practical, systems-aware approach to clinical education. His recent completion of tertiary studies in emergency care reflects his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

With a natural ability to connect, coach, and simplify complex scenarios, Zach is passionate about equipping students with real-world knowledge, critical thinking, and confidence. Whether supporting students through mock interviews, simulations, or clinical preparation, he brings insight, empathy, and a strong grounding in emergency practice.
