📣｜Executive Updates: Our Healthcare Intern Educator Program

Hi folks and colleagues,

I just wanted to share an exciting update with you all! Some of you may have already heard this from our previous DOKE community group, but I’m thrilled to now share it with a broader audience.

We’ve officially received approval to launch our Intern Educator Program, and it will be publicly advertised shortly!

This structured 12-month program is designed to support passionate healthcare professionals to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40122 in a flexible, self-paced format. As part of the program, you’ll also have the opportunity to shadow our experienced clinicians and educators in real teaching and assessment environments—ideal for anyone looking to grow into a vocational education and training (VET) career.

In addition, we’re expanding our presence in the Western suburbs of Melbourne through TAFE course offerings, and there will be upcoming interview opportunities for those who complete the program and wish to step into a formal educator role.

We’ve approved x2 intern educator positions starting January 2026, and we’re on the lookout for individuals who:

• Have 5+ years of clinical experience in medicine, nursing, psychology, social work, or other allied health professionals

• Are passionate about early career coaching, vocational training, and interview readiness

• Bring strong communication and mentorship skills
